CLUB RULES

It is the intention of the Board of Governors of the Club to limit these rules and regulations to the minimum required for mutual enjoyment of the Club by all Members and their guests. The obligation to monitor these rules is placed primarily in the hands of a carefully selected and trained staff whose principal responsibility is to assure you all the courtesies, comforts and services to which you as a Member of a private club are entitled.

Dress Codes

Monday - Friday

 

Smart Business Casual with dress denims allowed.
Strictly NONE of the following will be permitted:
(Collarless and sports shirts,Sandals, slippers, sneakers
or rubber soled sports shoes,Torn or bleached denims)

 

 

 

Monday to Friday (Evening, 6:30PM onwards)

 

Smart casual attire including jeans allowed.

 

 

 

Satursday

 

Smart Casual
(Sport shirts, denims, shorts and rubber shoes worn with socks allowed (No torn jeans, slippers or tank tops)

Children

Dependents accompanied by Member/s are allowed to use the Club at all times, except in Fitness Center. Children 12 years and above, will be allowed at dinner time when accompanied by their Member parent/s. On Saturdays, children of all ages will be allowed in the Club.

Cellular Phones

Use of cellular phones will be allowed in the Barons bar, reception, lounge, gym and private dining rooms but not in The Taipan and Cellar Room.

Smoking

Cigarette, cigar or pipe smoking will only be allowed in the Havana Cigar Room.

Pets

Pets and animals of any kind are prohibited in any part of the Club's premises.

Tipping Policy

A no tipping policy is applied in the Club. However, during Christmas season, Members will be assessed an amount to be recommended by Management before the end of the year.

Staff

A Member shall not require any employee of the Club to carry a bag, basket or any other article from any part of the Premises to the Club's car park or elsewhere, or require the staff to perform any act not within the scope of work of such employee.

A Member shall not reprimand any employee of the Club for alleged misconduct.  If a Member feels that disciplinary action, either by way of warning or dismissal, should be taken against any employee of the Club, the Member concerned shall put his allegation in writing, giving full details of the behavior complained of, including the time, date and names of any witnesses to such behavior and address his complaint to the Club Manager. Any Member abusing, harassing and maltreating the staff is a serious offense and is subject to suspension.

Restaurant and Banquets Reservations

Reservations are recommended at all times for lunch and dinner in the main dining room. Prior reservations are required for the private dining rooms. For inquiries and reservations, Members can contact the Concierge Services or Banquet Sales.

Car Park

Parking slots are available at the Philamlife Tower for those who are dining in the Club. Please request for a complimentary pass from the Restaurant Managers and have it validated at the lobby cashier. A Member, Spouse or Guest shall only park within the designated parking areas on the 3rd and 4th upper level (parking slot up to U4-048 only). Chauffeurs shall wait in the car park or at the driver's waiting room located on Basement 2 and 4 upper level parking. Drivers are not permitted to enter into any other part of the Club Premises. Vehicles shall not be parked in such a manner as to likely obstruct the free passage of any other vehicle while within the Club's car park and roadways. The Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicles in the car park or their contents.

The Board reserves the right to amend
Rules and Regulations as deemed necessary.
